Probably the Nerdiest, Fannish Thing I’ve Ever Done

I came home from work tonight and, while eating dinner, cobbled these together:

If you follow me on Twitter, odds are you’ll start seeing these pop up as stock responses to the usual insanity that inhabits the Internet.

An Exciting New Obsession (Which Makes Me Very Special)*

For some reason, I’ve spent a lot of time over the last few days poking around YouTube–watching theme songs of old TV shows, a few old Doctor Who Children in Need clips, and (it would appear) fanvids. But, not just any fanvids.

No. I’ve fallen into a black hole of Parker fanvids.

I make no attempt to conceal the fact that Leverage is (to paraphrase Jayne Cobb) my very favorite show. And, I’ve also made absolutely no attempt to conceal the fact that Parker is my favorite character. She’s awesome. I love Parker. I love Parker as much as she loves money and…pretzels. Yes, it’s partly because she’s adorable. But, it’s also because I kind of identify with her social issues.

And a little something extra. (Possibly SPOILERY and such…)

*: The title of this post is, of course, an homage to “The Zeppo.”

Sorry, Ames…

…but, The Human Target‘s new resident thief–

–is no Parker…

But, who is?
